Important policies

Please remember that Berkshire Choral International is a not-for-profit organization. While donations are important, tuition and fees cover the bulk of our costs, most of which we incur in advance. Therefore, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly enforced. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including medical issues.

Registration fee

A $200 fee is due upon registration. It cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and it is not transferable to another individual.

Tuition, room and board

There can be no refunds for tuition, room upgrade surcharges, or guest room fees after the payment due dates.

Consider trip insurance

Given the need for these strict policies, we strongly recommend trip insurance. One resource for insurance is InsureMyTrip.com, which will pay BCI a referral fee if you make a purchase from one of its providers. So your trip insurance, in addition to giving you peace of mind, can help support BCI.
